The company is managed by 3 highly experienced medical advisors and 3 highly experienced Aviation advisors.

Our complete medical air transportation service ensures continuity of quality care to all our patients whether it is a critical care flight or a basic life support flight.
The “in house” satellite tracking and satellite phone communications will provide up to the minute aircraft location and accurate destination arrival time. This will allow our dispatchers to contact our clients so we can offer them possible return patient transfers, thus avoiding empty leg costs.
Staff and Crew
Derek's career has taken him throughout Canada and the US for the last 31 years. He has been able to work within the heart of the busiest cities in the US providing both Fire and Rescue support, as well as working as far north as the Beaufort sea. He has spent most of his 14,000 hours in the mountains and his heli-ski time throughout these past 18 years has been between Wiegele / Great Canadian / CMH

Trevor has been actively involved in the aviation industry for 35 years and is directly responsible for establishing the Kamloops Helicopter Air Ambulance program. At the age of 57, with an excess of 13,000 logged flight hours, Trevor has a plethora of experience as Base Manager, Chief Pilot, Operations Manager and Business Owner, including Manager of Operations in 8 different countries.

Captain McInnis successful career of over 30 years with Canadian Pacific Airlines, Canadi>n Airlines and Air Canada. He has amassed over 20,000 accident free hours on many airliners including the Airbus A-340, Airbus A-330, Boeing 777, 767, 757, 737, and the Douglas DC-10, and DC-8, as well as many light aircraft. Rob has significant experience as a flight instructor on both light aircraft and glider aircraft.
During his career Captain McInnis served his profession almost continually in many different functions including labour relations, flight safety, committee chair, base chair, accident investigator, and pilot leader. He was offered a Chief Pilot position by Canadian Pacific Airlines but declined due to his commitment to his fellow pilots.
Rob was a two-term President of the 4,000 member Canadian Air Line Pilots Association (CALPA) and was awarded a Life membership for his service. He then went on to become two-term President of the International Federation of Air Line Pilots Associations (IFALPA) based in the UK which represents more than 120,000 pilots from 80 countries. This prestigious position required Captain McInnis to travel around the world meeting with government aviation authorities, industry leaders, and heads of state, to support members in representation, safety, and industrial matters. IFALPA is also the voice of the airline piloting profession to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). He was awarded the IFALPA Scroll of Merit in 2000.

Dave has been flying for close to 20 years.
He began his aviation career in Northern Canada flying single engine planes providing charter services to remote communities. Over the years, Dave has gained experience flying many types of aircraft including corporate jets, all over Canada, the United States and Mexico. He has flown medevac operations, charter services, repatriation flights, cargo services, and has most recently joined ELT Aviation from flying corporate jets based out of Calgary.
Dave lives in Kimberley BC with his wife Lynsey and 3 young children.

Duncan has lived a great deal of his life in the air. With over 40 years flying experience as both commercial fixed wing and rotor wing pilot, he has logged in excess of 23,000 flight hours. He is IFR/ATR qualified and has worked both nationally and internationally.
